Please read these Purchase Terms carefully before buying any product, workshop, program, or service from By Olga M ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
Payment and Authorization
We accept payment through ThriveCart, PayPal, and Stripe. When you purchase, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method for the amount due, and you will receive an electronic receipt. If we invoice you instead, payment is due by the date on the invoice.
Payment Plans
Where a payment plan is offered, you authorize us to automatically charge each scheduled installment to your payment method without further authorization, until the full balance is paid. By choosing a payment plan, you commit to the full purchase price regardless of how much of the product or service you use.
Missed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails or is missed, we will notify you by email, and you will have a 3-day grace period to resolve it. If payment is not made within that grace period, your access to the product, program, or service may be paused or terminated, and the remaining balance remains due.
Refund Policy
Because of the time, preparation, and care that goes into our digital products, physical products, workshops, and services, all sales are final and no refunds are provided on any digital or physical product, unless otherwise required by law.
By purchasing, you agree not to issue a chargeback or payment dispute. If you attempt a chargeback, your access and any agreement with us may terminate immediately, and you remain responsible for payment in full.
Digital Products (The Public Edit, The Audit, and Other Digital Reports)
Our digital diagnostic products — including The Public Edit and The Audit — are delivered electronically after purchase. These reports are generated from the information you provide at the time of purchase. The quality and relevance of your report depend on the accuracy and completeness of your answers.
Delivery is automated. You will receive your report by email, typically within minutes, though occasionally longer if we are processing a high volume. Please check your spam or junk folder if it does not arrive, and contact us if you have not received it within 24 hours.
These products are considered delivered and final at the moment the report is generated and sent. Because they are personalized and produced immediately on purchase, all sales are final and no refunds are provided, unless otherwise required by law. If you experience a genuine technical delivery failure, contact us and we will resend or resolve it.
Physical Products (Prints, Botanical Art, and Other Goods)
For physical products, your order is confirmed once payment is received.
Shipping. Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or communicated before purchase. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees for international orders are your responsibility.
Damaged or defective items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will repair, replace, or refund the affected item at our discretion.
Lost or non-delivered orders. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement.
Returns. Because many physical items are handmade or made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final except in the case of damage, defect, or non-delivery as described above.
Signature Presence (Visual Identity Project)
Signature Presence is paid in two installments. The first payment is due to begin work and is non-refundable. The final payment is due before your completed identity files are delivered. We retain all deliverables, files, and associated usage rights until the final payment is received in full.
All payments are final. No refunds.
If the final payment is not made, work stops, no files or usage rights transfer to you, and the first payment is not refunded.
Bloom Xperience
Bloom Experience runs for a defined term of approximately 8 weeks. It may be paid in full or in installments (for example, 5 payments of $1,111).
By enrolling, you commit to the full fee and the full term, regardless of how many sessions or how much of the engagement you use.
All payments are final. No refunds.
Early exit. If you end the engagement before the term is complete, you may be released from the remaining commitment by paying 50% of the remaining balance owed. Until that buy-out is paid, the full remaining balance remains due.
To change or pause an upcoming scheduled payment, you must email us at least 10 days before that payment date.
Bloom Collective (Quarterly Group Program)
Membership runs for the full quarter you enroll in. By enrolling, you commit to the full quarter, whether you pay in full or in installments.
If paid in installments, payments continue for the full quarter even if you stop participating. There is no credit or refund for unused time.
All payments are final. No refunds.
Workshops and Events
For in-person and live workshops, your seat is reserved once payment is received.
Workshop payments are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your seat to another date (subject to availability) or to another person, provided you notify us at least [7] days before the workshop date. No-shows and cancellations inside that window are not eligible for transfer or credit.
Termination by Us
We may refuse or end your access to any product, program, or service at our discretion. If we do, any remaining balance owed becomes due within 24 hours, and the intellectual property, disclaimer, liability, and refund terms continue to apply.
